The Hidden Joys

As I sit and sip my coffee and bone broth on this Sunday morning I think about all the changes that have taken place this week. I stepped away from mainstream social media, just because it’s just way to time consuming now to deal with. Reading post after post about some conspiracy theory was just becoming draining. I’m continuing on my health journey and making some serious changes to my diet and exercise. Time to take back control! I’m really starting to get into the groove of my new part time work from home. It’s really added a fulfilling dynamic to my life. Lastly, my husband and I are taking on new and exciting projects that will enhance our living space.

I think in a way, the virus has really created that change that we needed for the better. It created some opportunities that might not have ever come to fruition. Ideas that were put on the back burner because there was no time, energy or money. As I flip open the back cover of the book the “The Yamas and Niyamas” there is a quote that is quite fitting for many of us right now- just as many of the yogic morals are- it reads “A Note to the reader- I wish you the richest blessings as you become a more skilled participant in living your life. May new possibilities and untold joy surprise you daily”. ~DA

Continue to open your eyes each day to explore those possibilities that bring such joy to you.

Be Well.
