WHAT IS OFFERED?
Reiki is a gentle energetic technique used often for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Aromatherapy uses natural essential oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, and roots to enhance psychological and physical well-being. Aroma stimulates brain function.
Chakra Balancing can be done with sound toning, crystal healing, aromatherapy, energy work, or via a combination of modalities.
Sound Healing is done using crystal sound bowls and other instruments, allowing the therapeutic sounds guide you back to wholeness.
Typically a combination of several techniques will be used during your session, which could include Chakra Balancing, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing and Reiki, etc.
NOTE: Pre-payment is required for 60 & 90 minute sessions. Once your appointment is booked you will receive and email from me confirming your selected time and date. Please try and arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to complete and review the intake forms. I’m only offering in-person appointments at this time.

Once you feel you’re ready, contact me and we will meet for class time**, attunement, and your practice session. The class fee is $125 per person. At the end of this class you will know the history of Reiki, have an understanding of how it works, knowledge of research, and the ability to treat yourself and others.
**Due to Covid-19 the attunement would be done virtually and practice session done on your own time.
