Classes range from 30 to 75-minutes and will incorporate the neck, shoulders, hips, legs, core and balance. We want every member of your staff to feel confident and refreshed after class so every class is taught to all-levels.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a scientifically-based and researched mindfulness technique that promotes optimal mental health. Sessions can be 15-30 minutes at the beginning, middle or end of your work day. Can be done seated in your office chair or laying down. All you need is a board room.
