OuR greatest measure of courage

Meditation has brought me back to my roots. Let me explain.

From our infancy our parents provide us safety and security and guide is teaching us skills to live our lives. Although enter in everything else that is going on around us. We start to grow up and look at all the people and start to develop limiting beliefs, comparisons and we lose faith in ourselves.

As we move through our journey in meditation, it allows to bring those beliefs, comparisons and fears front and center, acknowledge them and let them pass leaving us more open minded and open hearted. It brings you back to your roots, the safety and security is in place and even though we are vulnerable at this point in our journey we are open to receive love and to heal.

I shared in our Friday newsletter a great quote from Brene Brown- “Vulnerability is not winning or losing; its having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage.” Allow yourself to surrender to the outcome and welcome in the healing, bring yourself back to your roots.

Be well my friends...
