Episode 7 - Amy Heasman - ‘Finding Your Own True Nature’

I had the pleasure of connecting with Amy through a Facebook group for Yin yoga a few years back after I had received my training. I know in my heart that we were connected because we are both souls on some kind of adventure leading down the path of self discovery and self transformation.

Amy always been passionate about working for herself and has owned various different businesses over the years. She worked online for a networking company in 2017 - 2019 which expanded her beliefs in what she could achieve as an entrepreneur. Amy radically changed her health, mindset and love for herself over the last 5 years and this year during the pandemic, had a huge up-level in her personal & business life.

Re-programming old beliefs through EFT, meditation and learning how to connect to her higher self through manifestation has created a huge forward shift in her life this year and investing in herself and honoring those needs has allowed her to rapidly increase her self worth, and take personal power back.

Amy is the creator of Fluid Soul, a space created to educate & empower women & men to cultivate a fluid mind & body connection in order to manifest limitless abundance & thrive with soul purpose in their personal & business lives. Amy believes in using a blend of ancient and modern practices, tools and techniques that can be utilized daily as a support in aligning deeper to our inner truth. Once we strengthen & clear our internal world our external world will begin to mirror & manifest our true desires with fluidity & pure joy.

We often look outside of ourselves for validation, direction and success. Amy believes that we already have all of the answers we need inside of ourselves to live a soul led purposeful life, along with the energetic support and guidance we need from the universe to enable us to co-create limitless abundance in all areas of life. Amy believes it is her calling to help others to begin this process of surrender & transformation through guidance that is tailored to meet their unique & individual needs, there is no one size fits all.
